Our team shops with many carriers to find quality benefit plans with competitive pricing. Our planning presentations
are concise and easy to understand apples-to apples comparisons, which help employers make better decisions. We not only help
groups establish plans, but also service them throughout the year. We process enrollment additions and terminations, help with
billing issues, and work with employees and their dependents on any needs or questions they may have. We go beyond
the basics and work alongside each carrier's customer service department, dispute unpaid claims, and act as an
advocate for our clients during appeals and escalated claims. Annually at renewal, we present our employer groups with
their new plan rates in a timely manner, to allow time for any possible changes to be made. In addition, we automatically shop
for competitive quotes from the remaining carriers, so our groups get to see what is available every year as the
industry evolves.
Any commission we may receive is built into the cost of insurance. That means the cost is
the same no matter who you get it through.
